Return and exchange policy

If you are dissatisfied with the product you received, or if there are quality problems or shipping damage, we provide a clear and convenient return and exchange service.

1. Return and exchange conditions

Any of the following conditions apply if the product needs to be returned or exchanged:

The product is damaged or visibly damaged during shipping;

The product you received does not match your order (wrong model/color/quantity);

The product has manufacturing defects or quality problems that affect normal use;

In the case of non-human damage, please submit a return or exchange request within 365 days from the date of receipt.

⚠️ If you request a return or exchange for personal reasons (e.g., you don't like it or you ordered the wrong item), please make sure the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs will be borne by us.

2. Return and Exchange Process

To protect your rights, please follow the process below:

Contacting Customer Service: Submit a request via email or online customer service, stating the reason for the return or exchange and attaching relevant photos (product problems, packaging, etc.).

Review and Confirmation: The after-sales team will conduct a review and respond to you via email with instructions within 5-7 business days.

Returning Products (if a return is required): Please return the product to the return address provided and keep the shipping receipt.

Return Confirmation and Refund:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and confirmation of the returned product.

The refund will be credited to your payment account in the same manner (the exact arrival time is determined by your bank/payment platform).

In the case of an exchange, we will send the replacement product as soon as possible after confirming receipt of the original product and notify you by email of the new shipping information.

3. Shipping Costs

Returns/Exchanges due to quality issues: We will cover all shipping costs.

Returns/Exchanges due to personal reasons: We will cover the round-trip shipping costs.

4. Special Instructions

Returns/Exchanges must be submitted within 365 days of receipt. Late returns will not be accepted.

For safe delivery, please choose a trackable shipping method and pack the product securely.
